Flow is a nicotine-free, flavored breathing device developed by Delhi-based startup QuitCi, designed to assist individuals in quitting smoking through guided breathing exercises. The device aims to reduce cravings by providing a sensory alternative to smoking, utilizing natural flavors and a user-friendly design. QuitCi also offers complementary products like "Zero Cravings" gummies to alleviate withdrawal symptoms and "ReNewMe" candies that support recovery from smoking-related damage to skin, hair, and nails.

QuitCi was co-founded by Jeevan Gowda and Vinod Prakash, entrepreneurs passionate about creating holistic solutions for smoking cessation. Jeevan, a former smoker, leveraged his personal experience to design products that address both the physical and emotional aspects of addiction. Vinod contributed expertise in product development and business strategy, focusing on scalable, science-backed methods to help users quit smoking.

In March 2025, QuitCi presented Flow on Season 4 of Shark Tank India, seeking ₹50 lakh for 2% equity, valuing the company at ₹25 crore. Despite demonstrating the product's potential, the startup did not secure funding, as the sharks expressed concerns about the absence of clinical trials and a clear revenue model.
